Detailed Problem Description

10748 - Regional scorecard failure:
SA115 - regional scorecard started failing all of a sudden with the database connectivity error.
"Error in File ~tmp4b88977d902e440.rpt Database Connector Error BAPI Error 0 System error in program CL_RSR_MDX_META_DATA and form CONSTRUCTOR-01-"

Solution Analysis and Recommendations

1. Need to analyze the issue in the report.
2. Need to update the source and rerun the report.
3. Need to analyze the issue at query level.
4. Need to re-generate the query in BW and rerun the report. It is ran successful but this is temporary fix.
5. Re-saving the query recommendation: https://archive.sap.com/discussions/thread/752882

Resolution

1. NEC had a call with SAP and CapG:

i. Version management link - https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/1921554 (screenshot provided to sap).
ii. Trace the connectivity -- https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/1220085 (document yet to provided as of 8/22/2017)

So far, we have restarted the nodes, verified "everyone" has view access to the crystal services, added command line prompt to the nodes, restarted one node at a time and still same effect. However, webi is working fine. Crystal is working fine in dev but failing in prod.

OSA181 failed but when the query is regenerated, the report ran successfully. Scorecard seem to fail still. (The scorecard report was copied and saved to a different folder and it still failed).
Lumira services were turned off according to https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/2207624 and the issue still existed.

2. Finally the regional scorecards were refreshed and re-promoted. Now the issue is not happening and the reports are running fine.
